These Terms of Service govern your use of Ghar Thak, a multi-vendor COD marketplace connecting customers with local sellers and riders.

1. The service

Ghar Thak operates a city-local COD mall. We facilitate discovery, ordering, and delivery coordination. Sellers are responsible for product accuracy and quality.

2. City-local marketplace

Customers normally order from sellers in the same marketplace city. Set your city in the header so listings stay accurate.

3. Orders and COD

Orders are typically paid in cash on delivery. Open and inspect the parcel as allowed under Returns policy, then pay when you accept. Once paid and accepted, the sale is final.

4. Fees

Customers pay product prices plus delivery fee. Checkout amounts for a given order are authoritative.

5. Changes and contact
